In the Weebly editor, drag the Embed Code element onto the page, click it, choose Edit Custom HTML, and paste the snippet.

The element renders as a grey placeholder while you edit. Publish or preview to see the real menu; that placeholder is the editor, not a failure.

If the element refuses to grow, put it in a full-width section on its own rather than inside a narrow column.
