Delitero runs your ordering. Your customer list is not part of the arrangement, and this page says exactly what we do and do not do with it.

In plain words
What we hold, and what we will never do with it.
The full terms are in the privacy policy. This is the same thing in the language you would use at the counter.
What we hold. The names, emails, phone numbers and order history your customers give you when they order. Nothing bought from anyone, nothing tracked across other sites.
Whose it is. Yours. It sits in your dashboard, it is never sold, and it is never marketed to. We do not have a customer app to send your customers to.
Reading it and getting a copy. Your customer list and order history sit in your dashboard, where you can read them any time. You can also export your customer list as a CSV from Settings whenever you want it, open account or closed.
Deleting it. Your customers can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion by email. We verify by email confirmation only, and never ask for identity documents.
If you leave. No contract. Your Stripe account and your customers are already yours, and nothing about your money changes.

Why there is nowhere for us to send them
This is structural rather than a promise. Delitero has no consumer app, no marketplace, and no directory of businesses. A customer who orders from you has no Delitero account, because there is nothing to have an account with. There is no other place we could show them, and no list we could build to show them one.
That is also why we do not need a cookie banner: there are no advertising or analytics cookies on the ordering pages, the admin, or this site, so there is nothing to opt out of.
