Your drivers, your town.

Before you switch it on

Four things, and none of them are ours.

Delivery in Delitero is your operation running through our software. That is the whole arrangement.

Your people, your vehicles. The people who already work for you carry the order. Delitero does not run a fleet, does not hire anyone on your behalf, and never assigns a driver for you.

Your area. You set the area you deliver to and it stays local. The same town, and a bit around it. Nothing is handed to a carrier and nothing travels overnight.

Your coverage. Driving for the business is the business to insure, including drivers using their own cars, which insurers usually call hired and non-owned auto. Ask your insurer what your policy covers before your first delivery.

No drivers? Run pickup only. Turn delivery off and the ordering page never offers it. Customers pay online and collect at the counter.

Delitero is software, not an insurer or an adviser. Coverage questions belong with your own insurer.

What the software actually does

You assign a delivery to one of your drivers. Their app walks the handoff: accept, pick up, out for delivery, delivered. While it is out, the app sends its position at most once every ten seconds, and only you can see it. It sends nothing before the pickup, nothing after the drop, and nothing in the background.

A driver who cannot complete a delivery records why, and it comes back to you to reassign or cancel. Nothing resolves itself in the driver's app.

There are no routed arrival times anywhere in the product. Delitero has no routing source and does not buy one, so the only delivery promise a customer sees is the estimate you publish yourself. More in online ordering with your own drivers.

5% per order, only when you sell. No subscription, no setup fee, no contract. Nothing else.

Run pickup tonight. Turn on delivery when your drivers are ready.
