Card processing is Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + $0.30, varies by card), paid to Stripe, not us. Stripe figures above are approximate and depend on your card mix.

Who holds the money?
You do. Payments settle into your own Stripe account; Delitero never touches funds.
What happens if Delitero shuts down?
Your Stripe account keeps working, and your customers stay yours.
Are there contracts?
None. Leave anytime.
Any hidden fees?
None. The embed, the hosted ordering page, the Orders screen and the driver app are all included in the 5%.
What happens on a refund?
You issue the refund from your own Stripe account, for the full amount or part of it, and Stripe returns it to the customer. The 5% on that order is not returned, because the order was sold and the service was rendered. Stripe does not return its processing fee on the original charge either.
Is the tip part of the 5%?
No. The fee is 5% of the order excluding the tip, so a tip is yours in full. In New Hampshire the state taxes the part of a gratuity above 18% of the meal, and that tax goes to the state, not to us.
