Add ordering to Google Sites

The honest answer first: the embed does not work on Google Sites. Its Embed, "by code" option runs your HTML inside a sandboxed iframe that strips external scripts, so the Delitero loader never runs. This is a Google Sites restriction and there is no setting that changes it.
What works instead is the hosted ordering page, which is a normal link and needs no code at all. Add a Button element, label it "Order online", and point it at your ordering page:

Your exact address is in your admin Settings. It opens the same menu and the same checkout that the embed would have shown, on a page we keep working, and it is the arrangement we would suggest for any site that blocks scripts.
Works everywhere, or the link does
